Yes. The complaint is for two agreements. One for the 105k loan with a 150k payback (first two screenshots) and the other is for the 25k extension fee. This makes for a total of 175k.

I'd submit a separate complaint. That contract may have issues because he technically never agreed. In addition, make sure to post images of you following through with your end of the deal!

Kick_Me_1235 has sent me a forum pm explaining he will not be able to play at this time and I am therefore reverting / denying this appeal.
