This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Hacking and or Cheating is against the rules will not be tolerated and if the rule is broken the account(s) will be banned immediately. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned to make things right with the players I made mad. I have deleted the hacks I used to make money in Survival Games. It has been according to my calculations about 9+ months ago since I gave you a loan. After all that time I haven't received a cent. This is approximately your 8th Ban Appeal, 7 of those were for Scamming. So , you should add the Ban Reason of Scamming to this appeal, as by your last appeal you owed people $495,000 ECD and I have not been repaid yet, but I am not sure about the others.
If this is irrelevant, I'm sorry, but I'm going to defend my friend.. But you have fifteen days to re-pay my friend (@RoseDust27) for her loan of $75,000. If you get unbanned, I'm hoping you can pay her back. She's been waiting for her $75,000 she loaned out to you five months ago.
Epic the mods decide how long kinane has to repay your friend, but if kinane is unbanned your friend will be payed back eventually
@kinane4 Were it asks for you ban reason, you have to type out exactly what it says when you try and log in. As it stands, you are only appealing for hacking/cheating, and not scamming.
Guys do not post on this appeal when you do not know anything. His ban reason is correct as is, mostly; I will have him fix the slight wording, but scamming is not on his ban reason. Yes he will still owe those debts upon return, but that tempban from the second complaint fury posted above is still in effect and he has until aug 30th if he manages to get unbanned again. So if a GA+ see's fit to unban him before then he will still be obligated to pay those debts. Otherwise do not make assumptions about things you do not know anything about. If by Aug 30th he is not unbanned then you may file another complaint linking the tempban appeal that revan laid out the amounts and time frame. The only other people to be on this thread are either mods or kinane to answer questions if a mod asks. Others will receive a forum warning. @kinane4 can you please update your ban reason to what it says when you try to log on.
@kinane4 I am denying this appeal for 2 reasons. Firstly, you have not updated your ban reason as HCP asked of you. Secondly, this appeal is lacking effort to convince me to unban you for such a serious offence as using a hacked client. Please re-appeal with more effort. Denied
