Clause 2 - Scamming

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that for example if two people agree on a deal and only one part of the deal does their part and the other doesnt then this is called as scamming​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

first of all i know how many time have i been in this situation and i know that im always saying i want to stop it but i wont say anything like my laptop was broken or something like that im going to say the truth i just didn't want to pay and on the day i was ready to pay i was already banned + i didnt get a email from ecc so i couldnt reply to the complaint back in December 2016 and i felt like i couldnt defend my self so after that ban i said screw it and just got banned from all 3 i have already paid @xboyferbz and bought 600k from the store so i must login to claim it i know ill be 50k short but ill be buying that 50k today.
If you want eveidence of the 600k just tell me i could provide that but here is a screenshot of the 150k for xboy

an to say this i just want to say i did scam i was warned that i wont be able to payback but if i get accepted in anyway i just want all the people that see this appeal to stop me from getting loan(that is if i get unbanned)​
