Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Scamming is lying and cheating. Scamming is horrible for players and the Economy, and server as a whole. It's like cheating the game.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I've learned a lot on this server, especially the fact that Scamming is AWFUL I hate when it has happened to me, Though in this case I didn't mean to scam at all. The reason why I think I was banned was due to the fact I had borrowed money, had the money to pay the Person back, though me and the person (i forgot who it was) were both not very active, He was offline for 30 days. Each day I came on ecc for about 10 -15 days in a row. After the 15 days I thought that the player had quit ECC eventually I logged in a while later and it said the player was on 16 days ago, Logged out, and the Next time I came on I was banned, Therefore I feel I was rightfully punished as I had the money to pay the player back, and I have served 3 months + away from ECC I've certainly learned my lesson, Thank you for reading. -kstepnowski.​
