Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I really do miss the server, however I mostly want to right my wrongs and to pay back obble what he is due. Upon successful appeal, I will work as hard as and as fast as possible to repay obble.
I'm sorry if I messed up the system in any way for obble.

Edit: well, obble is gone. However, I would like to be unbanned so that I can be a positive part of this community and help to relive the scams of Obble and possibly thc. I have a plan to raise capital, so hopefully I can help!​

 

Seeing as obblebobble is gone, I would like to pledge the 140k I owed obble to create a scam relief fund for the millions he left with.
