Reason:

I was banned for "Harassment/Repeated Use of Vulgar Language/Accusing other players after numerous warnings", per this complaint. I was banished from EcoCityCraft by SuperModerator @Dewsy92 .

Counter-Reason:

As stated in my previous ban appeal, there simply is no counter-reason. I had plenty of warnings which I did not heed, and for this, I am banned. I will copy and paste parts of what @kukelekuuk00 has said in this ban appeal:

I completely understand kukelekuuk00's logic here. I have been ignorant as to the amount of warnings I have received from the staff team, nor did I listen to them. I will not hide this fact. I did not listen, and I now understand that I should have.

Thank you for this, kukelekuuk00. I know that this is a positive step to getting banned -- showing effort to come back on the server, fresh and new, after a good "whip into place".

I wanted a harsh punishment in my last two appeals, as proved by kukelekuuk00. Therefore, I will simply provide this myself, as this is what I wish. This is why I have not appealed in almost 48 hours rather than the stated 24 hours.

I have not noticed this, but thank you for pointing this out, kukelekuuk00. I have read over my previous ban appeals and spotted this myself. It is also in my last two ban appeals that I asked for a punishment. I did this because I had been banned 3 times before, and as people say, "It's three strikes and you're out!". I will use this analogy here -- I have been banned three times, I should deserve consequences for what I have done.

This is exactly what I was trying to do -- (if I may include one more analogy) "Drive the point home". I was confirming just how many times I've given these types of excuses that are just useless and won't get me any closer to becoming un-banished. This could also apply to the 2nd quote in this ban appeal.

I am slowly learning this as I age. If I want to get further in life and be successful, I can't "goof-off" or be a "class clown" and pretend that everything is "Okay" and "Life is nothing". Life is a long and hard process, and to be successful, you need to work hard, follow moral standards, and obey those who have that higher authority. I believe this might be part of the reason why I downright disrespect some people whilst connected to the EcoCityCraft community.

This also pertains to the forth quote. I did not heed many staff warnings when I should have listened to them and stayed out of trouble. I, instead, went around harassing people, swearing at them, and I even went as far as defaming some.

I wish to say sorry to all of the people I have harassed, whether in word, deed, or thought. This includes, but not limited to (these are all the people I can remember, up to the last week or so that I was banished), @Tanmanyellow17, @MSU_SPaRtAns321, and especially @BackToThePast. I hope to see you guys on EcoCityCraft again, and hope that our friendly relationship may continue, and that these hurtful and harassing messages can be forgotten about, though I'm positive you'll still have a faint memory of me, even so.

I'm not positive if I should include the rules I broke, but I will in this case. If the staff would like to say something otherwise, please forum private message me and I'd be happy to amend this appeal.

Clause 2 - Trolling

This rule is super simple. Don’t be a troll, and especially don’t troll others away from the server. Please look up “Troll (Internet)” for a more comprehensive definition.

This includes flaming or attempts to start any form of chaos and discord within the server.

Clause 3 - Harassment

Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.

Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.

This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.

Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.
