Ban Reason: Spending Vdubmastertech's hard earned money in the lottery instead of doing a mayor/town trade as promised.
Counter-Reason: Vdubmastertech and I had agreed to a deal. He would pay me 85,000 ecodollars, and I would in turn apply for mayor and give him the town. I, on my part, failed to keep this promise. I spent all 85k on the lottery, like a fool. I know that vdubmastertech and mattsirbait probably are angry that I would make such a rash decision, and I understand. I am deeply sorry for scamming you out of 85k. However, apologizing isn't enough. I have access to jetscat's farm, therefore I will repay you the 85k plus an extra 15k for your troubles. If you are willing to accept my apology, thank you. If not, I understand.

Additional Information: The moderators are the final sayers in all ban appeals and complaints. Therefore, I may not be unbanned. However, either way, I will keep to my promise stated above.

I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin us on EcoCityCraft, but before you do, there are a few things I want to say. First off, scamming is a very serious offense on this server, and when users take large amount of money, like you did, we ban for it. Now, I am glad that you admit to doing it, and offer to repay him in full, with a bonus for his troubles, and I am glad that you took the honorable route to this action. I hope in the sixteen days you were banned, you have thought about your actions, and will not repeat them. After reviewing this case. I have decided the best course of action is a one hour tempban so you can read over our server rules, found here.
