Use of a hacked client in SG​

Rule Violated:

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule means to not use a hacked client not just in SG but anywhere on the server as it gains you an advantage over others which is unfair​

I am going to simply put this out here now, I did not hack.

Please, go review the evidence again and again, and you will see what looks like 'kill-aura' is actually me timing hits because 1.9 PvP. I'm pretty sure you know how 1.9 PvP works so please go review it and take that into consideration.

My hits would not be effective if I spammed them so I simply time my clicks and jump for critical effect.. I am not stupid, I know how PvP works on Minecraft & I'm actually so shocked that I have been banned for a hacked client. I will put this out here now,
I have NEVER owned/used a hacked client, and I NEVER will own/use a hacked client.

I simply refuse to accept that I have been banned for this reason, so please go and review the evidence again and you will see that you have mistakenly banned me. I know words don't mean anything over the internet, but I could promise on my mothers life that I was not using a hacked client!

I have the feeling that because I'm a low rank & a newly joined user they thought it'd be safer just to ban me incase, but I actually wanted to start playing on this server.

Anyways sorry for the length of this appeal -
TL;DR - I was not hacking. I have never hacked before and I refuse to accept that I have been banned for that reason. Please relook at the evidence closely and you'll see that I'm timing my hits for 1.9 PvP, and that it's not kill-aura. If you look at the video there's instances where I run past him & don't even swing so how could that work?

Please review the evidence and unban me as I have nothing to hide here, absolutely nothing to hide & I'm rather annoyed that I have been banned mistakenly and a hacked client ban is now on my record.
