Rule violated:
Section 6 - Hacking, Exploits and Unfair Play
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that the use of hacked clients are definitely not allowed on this server, as a way to seek economic gain for yourself and to try to get ahead of others. Its cheating and unfair to everyone else on this server who earns their money without hacking. It is unfair play.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Well, I am not going to deny the fact, that yes I do have a x-ray mod installed on my minecraft, I used it for a friends server as we wanted to build for the server, and since I know the owner of it, I didn't worry about using it. So when I switch from that server to this one, I don't realize that I still have the mod on, because I don't use x-ray on this server. And I did post a screenshot on the thread, probably showing the mod. So, if I really knew that I had the x-ray mod on, I wouldn't have been so careless and just post a screenshot with it on. And I wouldn't use an x-ray mod, because I wouldn't risk everything I have done on this server just for a few extra dollars. With x-ray being such an easy mod to catch, I wouldn't use and just throw out there that I had it. Now sometimes I let my bro mine on my account If I get the money while I'm at work/school and in return I would help him with something. I have no idea whether he used x-ray or not to mine on this server. And yes I know, this is my account and I have to take responsibility for whoever is on it, that I know. But again, it was an honest mistake of me leaving the mod on while I joined ecc, I had no idea it was on, because I never even wanted to try it. It was an honest mistake, and I wouldn't have made that mistake if I knew it was there because it's such a stupid mistake and easy to spot, I wouldn't risky everything I've done on ecc for that mod. So I'm truly sorry for even downloading the mod in the first place, I'll talk to my bro and see if he used it while mining for me. I didn't mean for any of this to happen, I was shocked when I saw that I was banned. I'm sorry, thank you for your time.
