Thank you for appealing and appologizing. As you know, griefing in protected towns is not tolerated here on ECC. I see that this was not intentional grief, but you should not rely on someone else to replant for you when you have done the farming of the crops yourself. This is the kind of thing that can happen which is easily avoided when you go ahead and do the work yourself. I hope that you have learned your lesson here and will replant as soon as you farm on someone else's property. I see that this is the second time appealing a ban for griefing a farm.
