Firstly i have read through the ECC rules and it is not immediately clear to me that 3rd party transactions are illegal. If it is such a big rule to break then the server should be doing a better job to make sure that people know that this is not allowed. When me and kevin first started to discuss this deal we were both slightly sceptical so kevin told me he would pm a mod (something he clearly lied about). After he came returned he neither told me weather the mod said if it was legal or illegal to do this. He said that is was illegal though and he was acting as if he wanted to still go through with the deal. All of this evidence is showing that kevin was trying to get me banned. I had my suspensions about this as we were talking. I believe that kevin was purposely trying to get me banned as he does not wish to complete his payment plan. This is all the reasons i have however i would like to say that i am not happy with the way the ban appeal was handled i feel that my side of the story was not taken into account. The mod handling the complaint even mentioned in his post that it was wrong for kevin to lead me into thinking that the transaction was going through. Obviously if kevin had just clearly told me that this was illegal if i never would of continued perusing the deal. I realise that i should not have asked him to buy this for me and it will not happen again i can assure you. I also would like more action to be taken against kevin as this is partly his fault also. If i have to file a complainant for him just tell me and i will. Evidence: N/A i did not take any screenshots as we were just talking and i did not expect to be reported
Well first of all, I have pm'd zardgyer about it, and he said to make a complaint as i clearly have done. You have kept asking me to do the transaction where you said that you won't tell anybody. I have warned you several times that this action was illegal, but you said that you will not tell anybody. Physicistsmom has already gave me a warning for lying to be sneaky. I understand that.
As soon as zard told you it was illegal you should of told me straight away it was illegal instead of saying you will buy it for me. You were just doing this to try and get out of your contract.
Hello, The fact of the matter is there are several screenshots showing he told you it was illegal. Physicistsmom showed you the rule. You claimed you searched the rules and didn't find it. Well she showed you the rule in the last appeal. I think you should take that into consideration. We already have handled TheKdShow_Kevin appropriately as we agree he was partially at fault. I sincerely feel that you need to rethink your appeal. There is plenty of evidence that he informed you it was not okay. The rules have been presented to you that you broke.
