Reason of Ban:

My account has been banned due to breach of contracts on two occasions, This ban appeal is to appeal towards the contract breach with (Tdogg120), This account was given the task to build a melon farm in a weeks time, but was not completed. Due to this i was suppose to pay back the 30k that was paid to me in advance from (Tdogg120). My account never paid the 30k back to (Tdogg120) which resulted in a ban request.​

Rule Violated:

Rule 3 of the Contracts and Contract rules forum states "3. Breaking the terms of a contract will result in a ban for "Breach of Contract". Any appeal made will have to include the thread in which a breach of contract is made, and discuss actions that will be taken to rectify the broken part of the contract."​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule that was broken means i have broken the agreement between the parties that were involved, and from that will result in a ban of the party that broke the agreement. From then any appeal made will have to include the thread in which a breach of contract is made and to discuss my actions, and how i can rectify the broken part of the contract.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I loved the server when i was playing on it, but had real life become more important and had to put it aside, this is where my brother gain control of my account. Now i take full responsibly, for the actions that have happened on this account and would pay back (Tdogg120) of the amount of 30k to rectify the contact this account broke to play on this server again. ​

 

Updated, This appeal is for the breach of contract between the parties of (Tdogg120) and I (Natewan56), as i an understood i will have to made another appeal for the other breach of contract between (Ctoolme) and myself (Natewan56).
