    First off sorry if my typing is bad, I have a broken hand.

    Reason: Loan Scamming

    Counter-Reason:I was at my dad's house and I broke my laptop so I couldn't get on ECC until I got home and then my brother wouldn't let me use his laptop so I had to wait until my grandmother let me use hers when she came over a few days later which is today. I have 33/35k that I have to pay back to Shaneman. I am also sorry for not paying you back instantly
