The rule means that advertisement on the server is very frowned apon and that references can be made but not ips said.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel that I have only played on the server for a hour or so, but the next time I got on I come to see I'm banned. I'm sorry that I advertised. I feel bad for what I have done and I was giving a reference not a server name. I feel very bad that I hurt your servers chat. I would love to have a fun better experience on the server by being able to play more. If this is a no acception unban rule I'm very sorry and will never do it again. If I get another ban (I hope not) then I will not try to get back on the server. If I could get chat logs of when I said something wrong I would love to see that too. Thank you for reading my appeal, and I hope you see I feel remorse.​
