Supposed x-ray possession.​

Rule Violated:

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that if anyone is in possession of any mod that is listed as a "hack" or modification to give someone an advantage is illegal to the server and should be banned for such actions.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Now... how does one know if was x-ray or not...? There are many mods that are out there to display one's location. I can understand for the safety and well-being of ECC that I should be banned for this accusation, but... you do not know for sure if I have the x-ray mod or not. If those who accuse me of x-ray say I do, they should also be investigated for having it as well, especially one who has spent over 3 million ecodollars to achieve his rank. I should be unbanned for the fact that a screenshot is not sufficient evidence of a mod. Just because anyone could find a mod to display one's location. I say a screenshot is not sufficient, thus I should be unbanned, and you may stalk me if you please, but all I do is make money as hard as I can through voting, mining melons and farming. I donated too much to this server to be banned off One screenshot of coordinates displayed that only 2 players can say it was an x-ray mod, they be put under suspicion if they say this is an x-ray mod. Now sufficient evidence is of me using an x-ray mod should actually be a video and not a single screenshot I uploaded. I may not be active on the server... but I still am loyal to ECC, I just got over being screwed $71.25 and now I am possibly being screwed over $648 USD that I donated out of my own pocket, there may have been one $15 transaction that I paid for ingame... but regardless the time I have devoted to this server almost supersedes the time I have spent with my family... to lose this... something I love... something I want to grow an Empire with is incomprehensible. I do not want any non-ECC staff member to comment on this thread. If any attempt, I will file a complaint of harassment, slander, or trolling on the players. If you all believe I am using x-ray... I am sorry. I love this server, I am nearly a 3-year senior on this server. If I am totally and permanently banned off this server off only a screenshot, then I will feel as though I have wasted 3 years of my life, over $700 USD... No one has any idea how psychologically scaring that will be to me... I felt sick for losing $35 on another economy server because it was shutting down. How do you think this will make me feel to banned off a screenshot that is not sufficient enough when others who have used mods and were reported and were dropped because it wasn't enough, how fair is that? I'm sorry if seemed I use x-ray...​
