Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means you should not scam and/or steal because it's prohibited and it's bad. Scamming is a really big offence to the server, it involves many bad stuff.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I'd like to start over and it's vacations so I'll have plenty of time to start over again.
I am sorry for all my previous behaviour, I admit it was really bad, I should've never done it, I'd like to take action on my bad behaviour, This is an apology for all I've done. This will not happen again, I'd be glad to play again with new goals and a perfect behaviour. Thank you for reading.

Please do not bump your appeal, staff will get to it when they can as Ban Appeals are lowest priority.
Dont want to wait? Then i suggest you think long and hard at why you were banned to not let it happen again.

After looking further into this, it appears this isn't your first appeal for scamming. For such a serious offense, this appeal still demonstrates little effort and doesn't convince me you've learned the error of your ways. You've been given the most severe of punishments, including a full rank reset - and yet even that did not change your actions. You are going to need a much better appeal before you will be unbanned.
