Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.
Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning.
Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.
You are not to look down on players and make them feel down or hurt.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
I had just woken up and I was a little cranky. I was a little frustrated at losing money so I wrongly took it out on a player. I apologized to them as I did not mean any of it. I feel like a nice break is all I need. I'd like to take some time to clear my head and realize what's wrong and best of all, read the rules. I hope the ecc community can forgive me for what I did. I assure you it will not happen again.

So as you did mention above you weren't feeling too good when you woke up today and decided to throw out everything at a user and you admit that you are wrong for it. But that doesn't excuse you for doing that at all. In fact you and I both know your ban isn't based on that one scenario but on the countless other complaints that I and other staff members had to deal with. Not only that but we've had tons of in-game situations were we had to step in even though we warned you and warned you and warned you to the point were you just wouldn't listen at all.
This isn't your first offence for this and I really hope it's your last one because to be honest no one enjoys the countless rude comments that you've directed at them. I don't see the reason you should be unbanned a viable one cause let's face it. You've had tons, and I literally mean tons, of warnings in the past were warnings and even /warns didn't get the point straight to you. I personally warned you next time will be a ban yet you continue to do this, why? Was every single day a bad day for you? If so you need to control yourself because we all have bad days but we refrain from committing actions such as the ones you have. You need to be able to control yourself as you are well aware of our rules by now we don't need to repeat them to you like a broken record.
I want you to re-appeal with sincerity for ALL of your actions in the past months and an apology for everyone that has been affected by this. Moreover you owe yourself an apology not just us cause you fail yourself and us by saying you would stop but eventually you didn't. Take your time with your next appeal, be remorseful for your actions and be truthful. Show us that you can change and that you will become a better person. Convince us you deserve another chance.
