Me being the one that banned you, I feel most competent handling this appeal. You were banned for saying an exact other server's name which falls under "Advertising" here on our server:

It appears as though you have mentioned the server name in your above appeal which leads me to believe that you haven't read our rules. A problem arises here because you have verified that you read our rules in both your Resident and Mayor application. Seeing as this is such, I will be issuing you a 3 hour temp-ban for your offense to read the rules.
