    He is my friend but he didn't want to make the appeal because he doesn't like doing stuff like this, so he told me all the information and I just wrote down what he said.

    Unfortunately he has to make the appeal on his account himself under his own in-game name. He will need to make a fourm account and then do an appeal.

    Denied Appeal needs to be from account that is banned
