Hello, I am glad you have decided to appeal your ban. You seem to be truly sorry and understand your actions. I do want you to look over the rule you broke and fully understand it. Breaking or placing blocks on land that you don't own in a protected town is very illegal. You should never assume what you can or cannot do in a protected town. If you are ever unsure PM the mayor of the town which can be found by doing /rg i and then looking at the 'owners' section. Due to this being your first offense I will be unbanning you.
