Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that when you and another player make a deal it is both parties responsibility to uphold their end of the transaction. In my case I failed to uphold my end of the deal by not paying back the money I borrowed.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

What happened was I had recently bought an eff7 and had been happily mining away for several weeks and collecting my earnings, when one night I got greedy and decided to throw all the money I had earned into sports book. When I lost all the money I had made from weeks and weeks of mining I desperately took out a loan from @luccowarleo in hopes of earning back the money I had lost in sports book by placing another wager. When I lost this bet aswell I selfishly rage quit not thinking about how this might impact the person I scammed.

I have taken a long break and am ready to come back and repay my debt. I am truly sorry for the harm I have caused and lucco I know I treated you unfarely. You didn't deserve what happened at all.

What I did was negligent and didn't take into consideration the impact my actions had on the other party involved in my loan. If given another chance to play on this server I love so much I will not take loans to gamble and uphold my side of future transactions.

I am a college student so my time allotted to video games varies. When I have a break i know I can make around 125k a week but I don't have one for a while.. i will try my best to fulfill any payment plan you give me but 70k a week (10k a day) would be what would reasonably fit into my schedule.
