  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that you aren't allowed to use any hacks or hacked clients to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Using hacks will make it unfair because other people will have to work for the money, and most hacks will allow players to make money much easier to gain.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned because I had confused the rule on auto clickers. I had been under the impression that being there while an auto-clicker is running was allowed. This is because the rule had said that hacked clients, automation programs, and other hacks aren't allowed on ECC because they can make money unfairly. (Like while someone's not there.) If you were there however, actually watching it, and controlling it, you wouldn't be making any money unfairly. I now know that auto clickers are not allowed, regardless of your presence and control on it. Also, a second reason why I feel I should be unbanned, is that I had not even used it for a significant period of time. At all. I had only turned on an auto clicker to talk to SilverBelle2004 about how my username had been created, and had used it once earlier while talking to Ryan_d31. Although I had previously thought that being there and controlling an auto-clicker legalized it, I now know that auto-clickers are illegal, no matter what they are used for, or how you use them. I had seen iTzXtremeGaming thinking that it was legal if you were there, and I thought he was correct. (He said he was using an auto-clicker, but he wasn't afk so he thought it was legal.) Also, ponty10 said he fell asleep while afk autofishing/using clickers, and Jetscat said, "If you're going to autofish, pay attention." This made it look like non-afk autofishing/using clickers, was allowed. I now know that it is equally illegal to do that. I hope I can be unbanned, as I really love this server, and would love to be allowed back on to keep playing legitimately. I hope you can find it reasonable to allow me to keep my balance, as I had only used it for a few minutes, not even enough time to make any extra profit. I had just used it to send a few messages. The same amount of mobs would have generated without it. I am truly sorry to have used it, even for those few minutes, and I have removed the clicker, as it now has no purpose. If you feel it is absolutely necessary to wipe my bal, I will be ok with your decision. Thanks for your time, and I hope you can overlook my stupid confusion and mistake, and allow me to play on my favorite server again.
