First of all, anything that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If someone intends to use your account you should have them read the server rules because their actions will be held against you equally just as your own would.

Now, I am glad you have decided to appeal. The fact of the matter is if you were banned for spam then you were warned multiple times and you ignored it. Ignoring a moderator is never acceptable. Further, as a resident you were required to read the server rules, this tells me you didn't do so. Because of that, I will be giving you a 30 minute tempban with which to read the rules located here:
