    Counter-Reason: At first i was spamming i will accept that but then i did 1 then about 30 secs later posted again i was warned a second time. Then the final straw was when i posted and i actually waited 3 minutes then posted it was because no one was posting was why it looked like i was posting quickly.

What you described is what you did to get banned which all the staff members already know.
