Hello Tom, I am glad you wish to appeal your ban. While I do detect some truth in this appeal, I will not be unbanning you. Even though you claim to be ill and could not pay them back, that is fine. But after another 2 weeks and then not being able to post on the complaint to say: "Hey, life was a little weird, can we work something out a new date for me to pay you?" and then not really feel that sorry about not paying him back? Doesn't sit well. Also, to not get any sort of communication about when you can get it back to him is not okay. You have various opportunities to either mail him in-game or send him a forum pm. You had plenty of time do this. I would like to you rethink on how you plan to approach this appeal in regard to remorse and how you plan to better your communication in deals if you get caught up in other situations. Locked.
