Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon time frame.Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

This clause states that both parties involved in a deal of any sort with terms that are jointly agreed upon must be upheld to the fullest extent by both parties in question. Necessary action will be taken in the case that failure of any term of a deal in question has been breached.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

First and foremost, I would like to address several things.

For the last few months that I was playing ECC, I was a complete jackass. I am actually disgusted reflecting back on how I acted, how i treated people, and how i spoke to some users in game. I am honestly so embarrassed from posting this appeal right now. I am a veteran user and know the rules at heart and this should not have happened.

There is no excuse for this ban whatsoever. I take full responsibility for scamming @luccowarleo . I was being careless and reckless with funds because I got to a point where I didn't care anymore. I didn't have time anymore so I just stopped playing. I had no intention of scamming you Lucco and I am truly sorry. Since my ban I haven't had the courage to face ECC, fearing things that may be thought or said about me. I only hope the community of ECC can give me a chance to redeem myself for my wrong doings. I have since reflected on my behavior and how I acted during that time and understand totally that it was not acceptable. I would like to think I have greatly matured since then and would be blessed to be given another opportunity to show ECC not only how much I've changed, but how much I care about this community.
I took these past few months to really, truly, understand my ban and things that may have occurred in game that I should not have engaged the community in, and I think I am ready to come back and become a productive, active member of ECC as I once was. I intend to come back and be a role model for others and in time regain the trust of @luccowarleo and the rest of the community.

Upon my possible unbanning I am prepared to pay @luccowarleo his 200,000 plus any late fees that may have been acquired (I do not recall) by selling donation features the very same day.

@luccowarleo I wholeheartedly apologize for this. I really really hope you can forgive me.

Staff, I am disappointed in myself to even trying to appeal. I want a chance to redeem myself. I hope you and the rest of the community can give me that chance to prove to you all that I am not the same immature kid anymore.

Thank you to all who have taken the time to read this appeal. I know I cannot change the past and any feelings you may have towards me, but what I can do is work on a better future for me and others on the server.
