Reason of Ban: Scamming 1k and "harassing" someone.

Rule violated: Scamming and Harassing.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: It means donnot scam or harass.

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: Why? Because it was 1k and my opinion is that the person who gave me loan should have known that I was inactive and you guys banned me before letting me defend myself. The guy didnt ask me for a date to pay back, then after some months he just got me banned.
When I harassed a girl, I gave her the choice to not get harrased and btw i didnt harass i only asked a question and she had the choice to not answer.


Dont tell me that I didnt put alot of effort in this appeal. I should be respected, it has been over three years since I first logged into this server.
