"Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them."​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that you are not allowed to mod minecraft to such a degree that you have an unfair advantage over other vanilla players.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I was using the X-Ray mod, true.
I was using it for the coordination features along with the FPS counter, since i'm a master race snob, and i didn't like the whole F3 prompt.
I, however, removed the keybinds to play fair since i didn't want to be banned from the server due to foul play.

I am hereby stating that the information in the other post is untrue (since you won't believe me anyways.) and that i never intended to use the mod for cheating.
I used this mod in particular, alongside OptiFine, because it was the easiest mod to find, and i was too lazy to search for a customizable F3 menu any further, because i was unable to find one compatible with minecraft 1.10 after half an hour of searching.

I truely wish i had not been so stupid as to use an X-Ray mod for this, but since most mods require server-side install and/or a lower version of minecraft, this was my half-assed solution.

I am sorry to have been so ignorant as i was.

I shall not use the mod again, and shall live with the giant F3 prompt for as long as CustomF3Menu is not up to date.
