Clause 1 - Griefing
Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.
Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request
If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town.
When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback.
Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief.

Okay, so this is a kind of a long story.

Yesterday, i came online and i saw that the town i resided in was sold to the user peelxthatxbanna.
This user had notitfied me of my eviction, but neglected to wait up to 3 days.
Besides that he broke several other rules, like attempt to steal the property of the evicted users by blocking access to their chests, etc.

I'm kind of messed up, personally right now, so i didn't take it very well, for multiple reasons, one of which was that the building peelxthatxbanna refused me access to was of legitimate personal value for me, after the loss of someone close to me a few days prior.

Anyhow,
At the time of me allegedly griefing his property, the 3 day notice had not yet expired.
This meant that the owners of the plots were still those who bought them from the previous owner.
I asked the owner of the plot, @mayhem_madness, for permision to remove the blocks illegally placed by the user peelxthatxbanna, and she agreed.

I understand it was wrong and childish and a whole list of other things, and that i was not in my right to do this, and i honesly regret that i did.
I let my temper rule my actions, which should not have happened.

In the report, however, it is noted that i griefed:
6394 Jungle Logs
1 Spruce Door
2 Spruce Fences

The logs are not true, the wall was filled up to 18 or 19 ish high, starting from the bottom of it.
It was 6 to 7 stacks at most, which still doesn't make it right, but it is not nearly as bad as this claims it is.
The spruce door and spruce fences were to make us able to access our town during the 3 day eviction notice period, since the user peelxthatxbanna had blocked off access to our town.
He asked me to remove it.
In fact, it was one of the conditions i got my permissions back initially, after begging them for it.

Regardless, again, i am sorry for my childish behaviour, and, in the case of this appeal being accepted, i'd wish to compensate peelxthatxbanna by giving them all of the jungle wood i own, wich is roughly 12 to 15 stacks, i believe, and donate them an amount of money for the trouble i caused them.

Yet again, i can not state how terrible i feel about me losing my temper.
