Reason of Ban: Attempting to kill people in the Mining World
Rule Violated: Section 7, Clause 2, As the mining world is not PvP enabled, this 100% includes rules about attempts to kill players in this world, no matter what the reason.
Meaning: Do not attempt to kill or harm any player in the mining world no matter what the reason is.
Why I should get unbanned: I personally promise that I was not attempting to kill anyone, because I have read the server rules. I was simply playing with some other players at spawn who initiated and reciprocated the actions. I did not mean any harm to anyone, however if the mod felt that way, then I sincerely apologize for my misdemeanor and swear to never break any server rules again.

Hello @willclo
Thank you for taking the time to file this ban appeal. Could you please quote the exact rule you broke from our server rules page? -

Hello
I'm glad that you wish to come back to our server. Killing or attempting to kill users in non-PvP zone is highly illegal and is not something we take lightly. Although it may not have been your intention, breaking blocks underneath other players is a potentially very dangerous action that may lead them to their death. You had been warned many times by a staff member to stop doing so before a ban was issued and, in the future,
I would like to you to comply with the requests/warnings given by the staff.
Seeing as this is your first offense for attempting to kill in non-PvP zone and you seem genuinely remorseful for your action, I will be
issuing a one-day temporary ban. Please take this time to read over our rules once again and hope to see you later in-game!
