    It means that one should not be flooding the chat with unnecessary comments.​
    Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:
    I have learned my lesson about spam and I would find it useful to be able to use certain commands (/tpa) that I currently can not use. Altogether, I feel being unmuted would make my experience on the server more enjoyable.​
