Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: A thing that determines weather you may do a thing or not. In which I broke a rule. which means I have been banned for disobaying a server rule and breaking my trust with the server.
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned because I have taken some time off to collect my self and not scam anyone else. I did something super wrong and I need to pay the person I scammed all of his money back. I should also be unbanned because, I am ready to not hurt the community, But help it. Help new people get started in ecocitycraft. I am sorry to the whole ecocitycraft community for doing this. I know if I do come back. I will be a better me.

If you examine the terms of the loan, you will see that Woodbury3 also agreed to pay a $1,000 late fee per day late in addition to the $100,000 on the $50,000 loan (due 4-11-15). As of 7/14/15, this brings the total amount due to $194,000 ($100,000 initial payback on the loan + $94,000 for 94 days late).
April 12-30 =19 days (including the 12th)
Month of May =31 days
Month of June =30 days
The current number of days elapsed in July =14
A total of 94 days late and continuing.
I appreciate the user's desire to repay his debts and hope he intends to repay in full.

@LJKAzrael I will not be enforcing those late fees because we do not enforce open-ended late fees. While I do understand the inconvenience of being out that money for the period of time, it is simply not feasible, especially considered the funds will not be paid immediately upon woodbury's return.

I can see that this is not your first offense for this. I really shouldn't have to state how harmful it is to other players. I expect you to play by the rules and with respect to others, and get this taken care of as soon as you can.
Onto business, you'll be tempbanned 7 days as it isn't your first offense.
This means you return 7/21.
With the 2 weeks to repay, this means I expect you to have repaid LJK in full ($100,000) by August 4th.
