[Main server]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Breach of contract / EFF7 scamming (Oxwood2) Rule violated: 3.2 Clause 2- Scamming / 3.3 Clause 3- Contracts Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: To simply put scamming and breach of contract, it means that someone breaks a contract of borrowing or renting an EFF7 tool and sells that tool, doesn't pay the rent, or never gives it back. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: For about 6 months now I have been banned from what was my favorite server. I was in a tough time outside of gaming at the moment I had parents going through a divorce. I was done with everything so I decided it would be fun to scam and now I sit back and realize I never wanted to do that. I always want to go play on my computer now but I have my Xbox and since im banned on ECC I never had to urge to play. I will pay @oxwood2 750,00 which is m0re than I owe for my sake of being allowed on ECC. Also my friend (@Westenj) who was helping me, will also pay 750,000 so @oxwood2 will have double the money. @xDirtyD I am glad to see you wish to appeal, and thank you for being patient with us. Its taken a bit of time for me to untangle what is going on here. Scamming is very very serious and I hope your time off has given you time to think and repent your actions. I understand you may have other things going on, but that is no reason to hurt others and ruin their game play here on ECC. I hope you come back willing to play fair and honorable and without the intent to earn through unfair gameplay. I have determined that both you and @xZestyx are responsible for the loss of @alkylator's Eff7 that was under a rental contract. @alkylator has stated that he will accept 1,000,000 ECD as repayment. This is what I will require you to jointly repay him. This means that you will each owe @alkylator 500,000 ECD. You've been gone awhile but considering the seriousness of your actions I will be issuing you a 3-day tempban. After those three days you will begin paying off your portion of the 500k. You will have 35 days to pay off your portion of the debt. I expect an diligent response in paying this off. Also note, if either one of you fail to make your 500k you will both be banned again for scamming. I also suggest checking up on the rules while you wait, there have been some changes since last summer. 500,000 ECD due to @alkylator by July 26h, 2015 Ban Reduced to 3 days.
