Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned/muted? If so, what is your previous name:
    no
Which of ECC's services are you banned/muted on:
    The main server
    Reason of Ban/Mute:
Major crop grief, major block grief, inappropriate structures in the town of "plots"
    Rule Violated:
    Most things in section 2
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
Dont grief or do anything that the rules say against in game as this is generally annoying to everyone.
Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:
This was all my little brother on my account and he is never playing on it again, also he did not realize that crops had to be replanted when broken.

I'm inclined not to believe this.
I could understand some crop grief, but there was also major block grief around the town and quite a few resources dedicated to inappropriate structures, which falls in line with your perm mute for repeated trolling which you appealed yesterday.

If you truly are apologizing, I would recommend taking a more sincere approach to your ban appeal. I don't expect a 5 paragraph essay, but an explanation better than "my brother did it sorry" would be nice to see. Brother or not, the damage is from your account, and therefore your responsibility.
