Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

My last appeal failed because I was sportsbooking I was only sportsbooking because I wasn't unbanned yet and thats the only reason I was doing it.

I feel like I should be unbanned because as I said in my last Appeal I have matured and grown up and I am ready to work hard and re-pay my debts if you let me back I have Money to pay people off with. ClarinetPhoenix said I have not convinced her that I can repay the money here is how i'm going to do it.

Lets say I sg for 1-3 hours a day minimum each sg minimum is $1300 ecd and if I do it with a friend we fight then we split so its a guaranteed $650 ecd for both of us making around 26k/hour doing that method I believe that is allowed if not I can easily mine for 2 hours making around 25k and sging is still very profitable with the kits I have.If not I can also pumpkin farm which I believe still makes around 7k-12k/hour and I'm sure I can figure out quite a few other methods to make money. I hope I have convinced the staff team that I can pay it back if they give me another chance.

I will not fail this time I will not let you down if you give me the opportunity to come back and fix what I have done wrong.
