While you didnt mention the specific server ip, you did mention the specific name of the server, and your intent to go play on that. Is absolutely not a good reason to be advertising at all. In your next appeal, there needs to be more remorse for your actions, as well as the quote from the ECC rules about advertising instead of trying to say that you didnt advertise (which since you were banned for, you clearly did).
