Minecraft Username: 360JoScope Reason: Using Nodus 2.0 Counter Reason: I know what I did was wrong, it goes against the rules. I used a hacked client to gain an advantage but I was wrong. This server truly meant everything to me. It is the only reason I play mine craft. I am heartbroken to be banned. Yesterday I donated 20 dollars and to be banned like this, I feel like it's a waste. I have learned how wrong what I did was, and will not use nodus again for my own good. If I am not unbanned I understand, but I have committed no other crimes in my time on ecc and feel like I deserve a second chance. I have already proceeded to removing the hacked client from my computer because I want another chance. This server really meant everything to me and I donated, if I don't get a chance to come back I will truly be heartbroken but I will understand. Please, just give me another chance. Evidence: I broke this rule Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.
Thank you for appealing your ban. I feel that you truly feel remorse for your actions and understand we do not tolerate this in the slightest on ECC. Players come looking for a fair and equal playing ground, and a hacked client violates that. I will be issuing you a 3 day temporary ban, and after that expires you will be free to join the server. I suggest you reread our rules during this time, for if you are caught with a hacked client again the consequences will be far more severe. 360JoScope issued 3 day tempban. Locked.
