    Reason: I didn't transfer my shop (station 14) to @_TANSTAAFL therefore i was banned by @annyonion because i had insufficient funds in my Account balance to transfer my shop (station 14) to @_TANSTAAFL

    Counter-Reason: I wasn't paying attention to the forums if i was i would have made the 20k and transfered the shop to him, i am really sorry i should have been aware that i had to keep 20k with me so i can transfer the shop to you, Scamming is unacceptable in this server, i deserved the ban, i am sincerely sorry for what i have done. I will make sure this never happens again and this taught me a lesson to always keep an eye on the forums, i usually check my forums daily but i wanted to take a break.

    Note: I am sorry @_TANSTAAFL for not transfering the shop to you, i am willing to make the 20k today and transfer the shop, or pay you the 80k back in 5 day payment plan, i shouldn't have played lotto and wasted your money, i am sorry for all the trouble i have done to @_TANSTAAFL

    Clause 2 - Scamming



      • A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
      • Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
    @_TANSTAAFL and i agreed that i will get 20k and transfer station 14 to him

    The sign is 10K ECD per click (8 clicks).

    jassimq's shop expires on Sunday. If he is still banned come Sunday night, he won't be able to transfer Station 14 to me. Any chance this gets resolved so that I, as the victim, do not suffer further losses?

    Thank you for appealing and being so willing to fix this issue. This sounds to me that this happened with no ill intent toward Tans. For future reference:

    • If you are giving your location to another user, your entire current location will be cleaned out, and their name will take over as owner. As well your account will be the one that is charged for the time requested. The receiving user's time will start over as if it were a new application + the time you are purchasing for them.

    Please remember this next time you are doing a shop transfer to avoid this in the future. I will be unbanning you now, but I expect you to fix this issue right away. I am trusting you to keep your word here. Don't let me or tans down.
