Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that you should not put other users in a position where they feel uncomfortable or threatened. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think i should be aloud back on the server because i have invested a lot of time and money into ECC. This is the only thing in minecraft that i have left. I owe some users ECD and i am truly sorry for what i did. I know i have ignored countless warnings and have disobeyed many users. I believe this is a serious offence but yet i dont know why i did it. I have a history of getting mad easily and i would like to end this habit. I understand that if i am aloud back on to ECC, i will reeieve a long temp ban. I have been banned twice before for the same reason and i know that the last temp ban was 3 days, which clearly signaled that if i do this again, i will receive a worse punishment. Next time i will simply log off and cool down before getting back on, even if the hacks are obvious. I will take the long ban and will not dare to bump since i know i deserved to be banned for a long time. I an once again sorry and i wish to tell you guys that i hate myself and i understand if ECC now hates me.

Bearing in mind that you have already been banned for this twice, you have clearly not learnt at all. In your first appeal you acknowledged how stupid a reason this is to be banned: That was on the 9th June and 2 months later you have racked up an obscene amount of complaints against you for the exact same reason. All of your offences are related to SG. If you are unable to control your anger/emotions after losing, then you need to log off and/or not play SG. Resorting to vulgar language & harassing other users is not the answer. All that it achieves is getting yourself in trouble with the staff and making other players dislike you. If you genuinely feel that someone is hacking, then file a complaint on them. Do not however, accuse/harass others to blow off steam. I strongly suggest that you never repeat any of these actions again if you wish to remain on ECC. Harassment of any sort is strictly forbidden here and will be treated accordingly. I am going to be unbanning you this time but with a 1 week temp ban. Use this time to think about ways in which you can restrain from getting angry and to seriously consider your actions if you wish to remain a player on ECC.
