Reason of Ban: Auction scamming, I auctioned a spawner and it wasn't there

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You shouldn't scam as it is not allowed on tis server
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I saw this spawner 2 days ago and auctioned it today. I sold it to @officepwnz123 for 2k. When he got thee he saw there wasn't a spawner. I was surprised and asked him to wait a few mins as I would pay him back. Before I got a chance to sell a few of my ores to pay him back I was banned. Please unban me so I may pay him back and rejoin this great server

I will be handling your appeal as it was me who banned you. Please be patient. -
So, the reason that I banned you was that you sent officepwnz123 fake co-ordinates to a location where there was no spawner. I have witnessed you on several occasions recently behaving very suspiciously auctioning co-ordinates to spawners. Last week I know that someone else did not receive co-ords to a spawner than they won in an auction, and then more recently there was a lot of controversy over whether you were providing a TP or not. Today though, was the final nail in the coffin when you auctioned co-ords which didn't lead to a spawner, so you were banned for auction scamming.
Scamming is a very serious offence on ECC and is treated accordingly. Your questionable history auctioning spawners leads me to believe that this was not simply a mistake, but that you had the intention to scam. Please consider this a very strong warning for the future that illegitimate auctions will not be tolerated and will result in you being banned. I am going to unban you, although with a 3 day temp ban to represent the severity of auction scamming. During this time, I want you to read our Server Rules and ensure that you fully understand all of them.
