Minecraft Username: tommied7 Reason of Ban: Inappropriate topic/Spamming/Trolling Rule violated: Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed. Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam. Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating. Clause 2 - Trolling This rule is super simple. Don’t be a troll, and especially don’t troll others away from the server. Please look up “Troll (Internet)” for a more comprehensive definition. This includes flaming or attempts to start any form of chaos and discord within the server. Clause 3 - Inappropriate/Touchy Subjects and Discussions All chat must be kept appropriate and clean at all times. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including, but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence, alcohol/drugs and inappropriate or dark humor. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: To not swear in chat because this server is used by all age ranges of people meaning that chat must be kept PG at all time. Trolling, don't troll! Inappropriate subjects, keep the chat clean and don't speak about them. Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: I would also like to apologize to all the staff members that had to put up with my behavior, it was very disrespectful of me to speak to staff members and ignore them like how I have been doing. I understand that swearing and as well as trolling are not tolerated on the server and will not happen again. I am sorry for speaking about alcohol in chat this will not happen again. From now on if I get un-banned I will try to not receive any more warns. If I were to re-join the server I would immediately try to reshape my image in whatever way possible. I will think about what I am about to do before I do it. In the week I have had off I have had time to reflect on my actions in-game on the server, I will not act this way again if I am un-banned on the server. As stated in Dewys comment, I have racked up 49 Warns, this is totally unacceptable and if I am un-banned I don't intend on ever getting any more. Updated ban reason @Gernen

Alright, @tommied7. Thank you for appealing. This isn't your first, but hopefully your last ban for something like this. I need you to understand this is one of the last chances you are given to change, and if you do not do so I do not know how severe your punishment will be. I am going to be issuing you a 3 day tempban, in hopes you are actually going to change. In all of your other appeals, you have stated you will change. I have seen nothing so far.
