    reason: i was only calling someone a noob then i stopped then he kept saying stop calling gem a noob and spammed it he should have been banned so then i use a shout and said mikejeffery is a noob exactly then i get banned because i used 500 dollars to shout it to make him stop.

    Every kick is a ban if I'm not mistaking some are instant temp bans others you must make a appeal for a temp ban anyway that's why don't player disrespect its against the rules and you broke them by calling him a noob.

    Well u are a resident so just leave the topics for the mods to decide my fate if this was to turn into a permanent ban i think it will be very silly to turn a simple kick to a permanent ban

    You where asked to stop the insults. Not only did you continue to pester another player, but you took it outside of Local. And paid for a Shout.

    While a ban maybe harsh, your continuing the insults and then paying for it to be a shout is uncalled for. I do hope that when a SuperMod lets you back in that you review your actions here, and at least respect others - don't have to like them, but respect is always required.
