[Ban Appeal]

Reason of ban: I griefed a town over a year and got banned for it i also used some bad language in chat and am aware its against the rules

Rules violated:
Clause 1 - Griefing

• Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.
  • Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request
    • If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town.
• When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback.
• Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief.

Clause 2 - Vulgarity

• Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating.
  • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
• Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
• Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given.

What these rules mean: 1) griefing is a horrible thing and I do realize this I have friends that have ruined a town on other servers that I play on and it really sucks because all of your hard work is pretty much gone in a minute. I do deeply apologize for the damage i did to people that i don't even remember who.

2)vulgarity is not acceptable at all. especially if it is directed at another person. it is a form of cyber bullying which is a very harsh thing to do to others and can lead to other people being depressed and sometimes even suicide... all in all not a good thing to do.

why do i think i should be unbanned: recently i posted a ban appeal for this account and it got denied because of the same ip as Ltrain561 it will say that again because i Ltrain561 is posting this appeal. Explaining I ltrain561 am giving this account to a friend named Auston. I talked to server owner about the deal and she said i should post a ban appeal and then explain what im doing. This event happend so long ago that i cant even remember exactly what i did if you have any questions and would like to talk to auston and I together you can skype us please mail me in game or on here if you would like to get the skype user names
