I'm appalled at the fact that after two extremely instructive appeals, you've still managed to wind yourself up back into this position. You've been warned a countless amount of times, not only regarding your harassment but your trolling. There's not much else that can be said as general advice to guide you from doing this again.

As for this specific appeal, frankly it's nothing new.
In your appeal just about 3 weeks ago regarding a similar ban reason, you said;

The purpose of our ban appeals are for users to own up to their mistakes, and for them to come to the realization of the importance of following the server rules. If they were just for users to say one thing, but completely disregard it when they return; I see no point in even unbanning in the first place. Don't get me wrong, you have the right idea. Although you're lacking the other half of the battle, which is honoring your words.

For that reason, I will be denying this appeal. Take some time and think about what you've done within this past month. Think about the consequences, think about all the things that you would have done differently. Most importantly, think about what you had said in your previous appeals.

I do not want to see any further appeals, until you have deeply thought about it all. Accept the fact that what you did was wrong, and move on and most importantly learn from it. Take this time, and use it wisely. Do as instructed and honor your words, and I can almost guarantee that you will never be in this position again.

I hope you truly take this into consideration in your next appeal, as I can assure you it will not be handled this leniently. If you are banned yet again following this appeal for a similar reason, it will then be in the hands of jakey. Trust me when I say you don't want this to end up going to that extent.

Lastly as I've said on your previous appeal, ECC is and always has been an interconnected community. We're all here to have fun, whether it being helping others, or simply spending our time achieving personal goals. We're here for the same reason; having fun. Put it in to perspective, users can't have fun if they're constantly being harassed. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm not attempting to flat out bash on you. I say what I say to only encourage you not to fall into this same path once again. Other than that, I look forward to seeing your next appeal in 24 hours from now.

PS: As for the picture of the otters, I appreciate the efforts. Although I'd much rather appreciate you rejoining the community with a more positive outlook, honoring the meaning of your words in your many appeals.
