Minecraft Username: Msu_Spartans321 Reason of Ban: Harrassment Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Dont cuss out users and call them names Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: WELL, yes the past 3 days I have cussed many people out and been mean to them in global chats. I have just started to get very annoying in sg when people are in teams of 5 or are saving buffer for deathmatch. Even though most people say it is a "strategy" I find it very annoying because there is no way to really live through either. As my eff7 got scammed prior to my return to ecc my only income has been sg. So when people do have teams of 5 or save buffer it is hard for me to make money and I get angry at them. When I return I will control my temper and not get angry at little things. Having said that I will now offer my apologies to everyone in Org13 for saying you are trash even if I find things you do very noobish and im sorry for harassing @iTzXtremeGaming and @DiamondDesire we used to be friends and im sorry for being mean to you I hope we can be friends again. I understand my ban and why I have received one. But please if you see I am kind of pissed off at the time or anything like that stop continuously baiting me and then make a complaint on me and get me banned when it was you that led to the continued harassment. As you know, harassment isn't taken lightly on our server. I'm shocked that this was repeated once again, but I appreciate you owning up to your mistakes. As this wasn't your first time harassing someone else, I will be setting the amount of time you need to wait to come back to 5 days. Do not ever let this happen again. I also recommend re-reading the rules once more to fully get them to ensure this doesn't happen again. Ban reduced to 5 days.
