First of all, your ban reason is incorrect. It was modified after the original one, so I suggest checking that again. Secondly, I hope you realize that Donation feature abuse, no matter what the intent was is completely unacceptable. I'm just going to point out a few points that you made in your appeal to illustrate exactly why you were banned.

This may of been your town, and you may of been an owner on it but that does not give you the right to troll another user of the town, yes its your town, but you still have to treat everyone in your town with the respect and courtesy that the server rules require. This user Pm'd me cause he was panicking about grief in the town, and then he even made a shoutout to global calling to staff to resolve the issue, this was in no way okay and whether it was in your town or not is still considered trolling. Vanishing and then breaking blocks because its funny? Not cool, really not cool.

If you knew it was wrong why did you do it, and you're questioning the action taken based on the fact you felt it was not against the rules, sounds a little.. well like an oxymoron, you admit that it was wrong, yet you feel that the action taken was unfair. Let me quote the rule that you outed yourself. Maybe you can see for yourself where you went wrong.

You abused it, I watched you, you were vanished and placed fire around the user, in such proximity that he could not avoid it, and even if you did not /intend/ to kill him, he took damage from your fire placement and that is considered attempted killing. It is also pure pure trolling on your part, especially since he could not see you at all. How is this okay? Oh wait, its not okay.

Again, you abused this as well, when I was pm'd about this situation I came to investigate and found you and a couple other users in the area, I saw you "investigating" some grief in the town, and listened to you claim you didn't have Vanish. Then I watched you proceed to vanish and break some placed gold ore nearby in the town in front of the user, at which this point this user made the shout-out to global for staff because he honestly felt that the town was being griefed.

I wouldn't classify this as "messing around" as this user was cleared distressed and confused and not in on the joke, that is trolling, and you only made it worse by using donation features to do so.

I suggest appealing next time by perhaps showing regret for what what you did and perhaps you can tell us why what you did was wrong. I would also like to see how you plan on improving yourself for the future, cause this is completely unacceptable..
