Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
This rule states that any use of an exterior client or hack that aids the user in any way is completely forbidden. ECC does not tolerate cheating as it is unfair to other users. Anyone caught using a client will be banned indefinitely as there is no excuse to use a Hacked client on ECC.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
First off I would like to apologize. I thought what I was doing was okay and I was wrong. I thought I could beat the system and I was wrong. I am sorry for how I affected the ECC community. I am sorry for being a horrible role model. ECC's users deserve better. This section has to do with why I feel I should be unbanned. I'm not sure I even deserve to. I have failed ECC's community and it's staff. What I will request is a temporary un-ban. I owe @OhMrsKittyKat 380k more on a loan I don't want to fail him to. He took a risk giving me a chance with a payment plan and I don't want to let him down. If you elect to reban me after that, i would understand, but I would feel even worse leading him on that I would pay only to scam him as I had not intention to take advantage of him. I don't deserve his kindness and faith. I have played this server for over three years I and I love it. ECC is like a second home to me. I can't imagine life without it at this point. That being said that isn't ample reason to unban me. I am truly sorry and regret all that led up to this ban. If you can find it your hearts to give me another chance I promise I will do it the right way this time. I will work to make money rather than simply abusing the system. Thank you for your time and consideration.
