Signs with defamatory and/or vulgar language. Cactus farms. Player traps in non-PvP worlds. Continuous redstone clocks are not allowed. Temporary, small redstone clocks are fine so long as they are only used for a short period at a time. Farms that operate by means of Redstone Lamps or turning off the lights in order to break crops (aka. "Light farming") Large passive mob farms or any large collection of passive mobs are strictly forbidden. Small farms (50 mobs or less) are allowed so long as they do not cause any server lag. Any buildings deemed inappropriate by staff. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:don't troll other by trapping them or even worse killing them in a non pvp area Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:I feel that I should be unbanned becUse this is my first time does this two other player and I'm sorry about this and would freely give the items back to the owner of them. I do under stand that this should not be taken lightly. If I was killed well in a non-pvp place and lost my items I would be very pissed . I know I have a bad past and yes I use to hack minecraft and I have learned my lesion for hacking and now I have learned to play the game far yes I did think I would get away with the killing of a player and I did not get away with it. I know you have given the player back his/ her items and I would have done it too. I wish to rejoin the server and I will not do this because that this rate im banned on the server more then I played on the server. I love the server and would like to join back and not go down this path again. sorry for the bs about not doing it. im sorry to the user and sorry to the mod about having to read my ban appeals all the time. I want this to be the last time you have to read my ban appeals.
@rumball123 I'd like to ask an honest question. If you love ECC so much why do you continue to break the rules? Right now, I'm not convinced you care at all what the rules are. I honestly wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt from your last appeal, hoping that after we showed you that we will not tolerate a frivolous attitude towards the rules that you would genuinely try to do better and abide by them. Now I see you're banned yet again for a very very serious crime. You mentioned, and I might add is copy/pasted from the appeal I just denied that this is your first time being banned for this crime. However I get from that statement is that you feel you should get off light due to being only a first offense. Unfortunately your previous bans do count against you a bit, especially since this is your THIRD ban in just under three weeks. Its really disappointing. I am disappointed in the fact that I gave you a chance to come back and start anew and play fair and I find you insist on trying to obtain items illegally, albeit you used a different way this time, but it was still illegal. I also feel this appeal was rushed and done in haste in an attempt to "get back on the server quickly". It makes me feel like you do not understand how serious your position is. I will be denying this appeal. I would like you to elaborate, and truly elaborate on why you feel you should return to ECC, tell us why you think we should let you return, especially after this ordeal you've been through. I urge you to be truthful and do not try to tell us what you think we want to hear. After your last appeal and the fact you haven't done anything you said you would I would like to be a much greater amount of effort. I also would like you to wait at least 48 hours from my post here before you appeal again. During this time I suggest you reflect on the rules as well as reflect on what your future is going to be on ECC, should you present us with a successful appeal. Denied: Do Not Appeal for 48 hours.
