Reason of Ban: Admitting to having xray

Rule violated:
Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule clearly states that third party programs, hacks, are not allowed on this server. This includes any program or extension that would otherwise give you an unfair advantage of other players.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: So it is 9pm mountain time and I tried to log in but a screen appears claiming "You are banned for admitting to x-ray." I guarantee you I do not use x-ray or any program that would give me an unfair advantage of other players. Also, I have no clue why I have been banned for claiming I use x-ray. I did not myself claim I use x-ray, the only other person that I can think of to say my minecraft account, Aporth, uses x-ray is my brother. I apologize for him hacking into my account and causing this problem. I hope I can be unbanned because I really don't use x-ray and I will make sure my account is more secure to avoid this in the future.

I did not type that xD it was my brother I confronted him about it. I have learned a valuable lesson my account needs to be more secure. I apologize for this inconvenience my account has caused it will not happen again.

 

I mean I understand what actions my account does are my sole responsibility but I would like to make it clear it was not me who typed this. I know there is no one else to blame for this occurrence, but me, I just want to make it clear the lesson I learned. Also that it will not happen again in the future. @Tdogg120
