    Minecraft Username : JaiJeezy

Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned? If so, what is your previous name?

    No it is still JaiJeezy

Which of ECC's services are you banned on?:

    The main server

    Reason of Ban:

    Loan Scamming

    Rule Violated:

    Clause 2 - Scamming

    • A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
    • Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

    Please explain:

I understand that I (regrettably) broke this major EcoCityCraft rule that isn't acceptable to break at any time, and that this rule means failing to uphold your end of a deal that was previously agreed upon. I understood that this crime was punishable by ban when I committed it. With this said, I will repay Slvrplme his money back if and when the moderators decide that I have created an adequate ban appeal.

Reason you feel you should be unbanned: Ever since I have started playing ECC I have had a ton of trouble earning money for myself, and would often find myself earning very small amounts of money after long periods of time online. I've tried everything, from sg to farming to mining, but none of them earn me much money after long periods of time online most of the time. During the time I had to pay back my loan, I had other users who agreed to help me pay off my loan, but didn't. Just about everything that could've went wrong with my plans went wrong. Before I took the loan, I really didn't know what I was really getting into and how hard it would really be to pay back 150k. I just got the loan to purchase kit complete control in survival games and thought that would ensure that I'd earn tons of money, but it didn't, and when late fees piled up on me, I drowned in my own debts. I may have said this in a previous appeal, but I have the aid of @IzTheWizKid (if needed, he can be included in this thread), as he has graciously agreed to help pay off almost all of my debt (because he now earns an average 50k a day now). I most certainly will work to earn money in a quicker and more efficient manner in the future, so that incidents such as this one won't occur again. I apologize to @slvrplme for wronging him by not paying back his loan, and ask for another chance to pay back the loan, even if it takes me countless hours each day of mining and farming (or any other job for that matter).

    @JaiJeezy
I am glad to see you have come up with an acceptable appeal. and you're right to know that it is your fault that you got into this debt and it was very dishonest of you to ignore the second complaint posted on you after you were given an extension. First and foremost I want to let you know that while others are welcome to help you with your debt you are the sole person responsible, especially since your agreement is with you, not those other users. They can help you pay it but they will not be bound to the consequences of the agreement should they decide they do not want to help. Loan Scamming is a very very serious offense and I hope you have learned your lesson about managing debt and making sure you don't take more than you can pay.

I reviewed the complaints that were filed on you and I found you still owe 145k to @slvrplme including the 7 day late-fees that were in the contract you signed originally, which you and him had agreed to still be owed and payed by 2/17/15, which you did not honor. Therefore this is what you owe to @slvrplme. You will be tempbanned for 3-days, as this is your first offense for Loan Scamming, after your ban expires you will have 14 days to pay off 145k to @slvrplme.

Your ban will expire on June 4th, 2015.
145,000 ECD is due to @slvrplme on June 18th, 2015
I also suggest you read over the rules while you wait for your temp to expire, a brush-up never hurts anyone.

Ban Reduced to 3 Days: 145,000 ECD due to @slvrplme on June 18th, 2015
